I am Wesley Reece.

After growing a consistent, annual 6-figure business in Fashion & Leadership over the last 18 years, I am a trusted Success Coach & Advanced Certified ThetaHealer working with women who are feeling impatient & secretly stuck in their business and oh-so ready to accelerate their business growth. She becomes confident in closing more sales without feeling awkward or icky about “sales” and asking for money moving past the rollercoaster of inconsistent revenue.

I help them to discover where their beliefs around money are keeping them from getting what they want out of life, heal their relationship with sales and money, and make more sales with less effort so they can truly live a fulfilled life.

Over the last 7 years, I have combined expertise from my previous business, obtained six different certifications, and created a unique blend of healing and coaching that fast-tracks my clients’ results.

I am passionate about serving faith-based and mission-driven female entrepreneurs who desire more success and happiness but are afraid they can’t get there without sacrificing their family in the process.

It is my mission to help women transform and let go of the stories and invisible blocks holding them back from sharing their greatness to spread more good in this world.

On a personal note, I love crazy amounts of Mexican food and sugar cookies. My free spirit has taken me to explore parts of the world traveling on a shoestring with only the belongings on her back. I have a wanderlust at heart and an adventure seeker experiencing life to the fullest.

I am a God-loving, wife, mom of 2 and on a mission to help high-performance females uplevel their whole life because I am a strong believer and example that you don’t have to sacrifice yourself or your family to achieve the level of success you desire in your business or career.
