When Danelle came to me, she was tired of growing only when a challenge presented itself. She was already a successful entrepreneur with 4 businesses and a busy mom with two young boys and a husband that travels extensively for work. We uncovered that because she felt the need to control all aspects of her life for fear she couldn’t rely on others because of past disappointments. She was overworking herself, “burning the candle at both ends” and completely maxed out working 14 hour days. And when she would delegate duties in her business to her team members, she would ultimately self sabotage the effort by stepping in and doing it herself.

She knew there had to be a better way and that her businesses would only grow to the extent that she did. She desired more but just didn’t know how to get there.

Ali’s Story

When Ali and I first met, she was stuck. It had been 2 years of COVID taking her business to a full stop for a year and was still struggling to get clients reengaged. Terri’s Story

When Terri first came to me, she was playing small in her business for fear it didn’t work out, but she still wanted more. There was doubt and uncertainty that lingered in her business because of what she was being told by others and lack of self belief.
